Welcome to Crafty Kreations²(CK2) ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing from us or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Handmade Disclaimer
All products at CK2 are handmade and/or made-to-order. As a result, subtle differences in color, texture, and size may occur. These variations are not considered defects but rather the unique character of handcrafted items.

2. Ordering and Payment
Payment: Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped. We accept [Cashapp, Zelle, All major credit and debit cards].
Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Custom Orders: A deposit or full payment is required before work begins on custom or personalized items.

3. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in USD and do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Since items are handmade, shipping times vary.
Shipping: We ship via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.
Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or items stolen after delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Do to the nature of your order no refunds or returns are available. Each order is custom made (made to order) or personalized for you and can not be sold to anyone else. Always verify the information you provide for correct spelling/grammar. Crafty Kreations² is not responsible for any misspelled names. But please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order so that we can discuss and try find a solution.

6. Cancellations you will have 24 hrs after you pay to cancel your order for a full refund. After 24 hrs we will start prepping/working on your order and no refunds will be given.  On the orders where you had to pay a deposit, you will have 24 hrs  as well to cancel. But if you try to cancel after 24 hrs and we have started your order, depending on how much work we have done to the order. You may be able to get $1 - up to half (not over half) of your deposit back. Sorry for any inconvenience, but this policy is set in place to cover any supplies purchased/used & any labor cancellations you will have 24 hrs after you pay to cancel your order for a full refund. After 24 hrs we will start prepping/working on your order and no refunds will be given.  On the orders where you had to pay a deposit, you will have 24 hrs  as well to cancel. But if you try to cancel after 24 hrs and we have started your order, depending on how much work we have done to the order. You may be able to get $1 - up to half (not over half) of your deposit back. Sorry for any inconvenience, but this policy is set in place to cover any supplies purchased/used & any labor.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, designs, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Crafty Kreations². You may not use our images or content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
CK2 is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
